What data we process

  • Data you send us. When you write to us by email or on WhatsApp, when you call us or when you use the “Work with us” form, we receive the data you choose to give us: name, contact details, area and line of business, and the content of your message.
  • The “Work with us” form. The form sends nothing to the site and the site stores nothing: it prepares a ready-written email and opens it in your own email program. You are the one who sends it, and you can read and change it first.
  • Technical browsing data. Like any website, the server hosting these pages records some data about each visit for technical and security reasons: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type. We do not use it to identify people or to build visitor statistics.

Why we process it, and on what legal basis

  • To reply to your requests and prepare a quote or a demonstration: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • To keep the site secure and working: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • To comply with legal obligations, when a contact turns into a business relationship (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

We do not carry out profiling, we do not take automated decisions and we do not send you advertising unless you asked for it. We do not sell or pass your data on to anyone.

How long we keep it

  • Requests that do not lead to a business relationship: for the time needed to reply to you, and in any case no longer than 12 months from the last contact.
  • Data of customers and partners: for the duration of the relationship and then for the periods required by law for accounting and tax records.
  • Technical browsing data: for the periods set by the hosting provider.

Who else may see it

  • Aruba S.p.A., which hosts this site and our email on servers in the European Union, as data processor.
  • WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.), only if you choose to write to us on WhatsApp: in that case WhatsApp's own privacy policy also applies.
  • Our authorised staff and the professionals who assist us (for example our tax adviser), only as far as necessary.

We do not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area.

Your rights

At any time you can ask us which data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, erase it, restrict its use or give it to you in a readable format, and you can object to its processing (Articles 15 to 22 GDPR). We reply within one month.
